Premier Coach, established in 1990, is a privately-held charter coach company with centralized management headquartered in New York City. The company operates an ever-growing fleet of motor coaches, mini coaches, passenger vans which are available for all charter services.

From its inception through 2002, Premier Coach was led by Sy Slater, Director of Operations (1930-2002). As a lifelong New Yorker, Sy brought his passion for the city and dedication to service to work every day. Throughout Sy's nearly forty year career in the charter business in New York City, employees and clients relied on his unique ability to remember a client's history and hospitality needs. Sy's commitment to the charter industry made him a legend, but his personal attention to his client's every detail made him a friend.

In 1994, Jim Lazoja joined Premier Coach with over ten years experience owning and operating Economy Tours, and currently serves as Chief Director of Operations at Premier Coach. As Sy's protégé and appointed successor, Jim has guided Premier Coach in its expansion efforts while ensuring that personalized service and centralized dispatch continues to be the hallmark of Premier Coach.

Today, Premier Coach is recognized as one of the largest motor coach companies in the northeast. As Jim says, “when you use Premier Coach, we believe you are chartering more than just a bus. You're selecting a hospitality team dedicated to meeting all your charter transportation needs.” Our charter team is available to provide more than a vehicle – we can assist with securing tickets and lodging, itinerary planning, multi-languge guides, casino packages, greeters, on-site dispatchers and on-board refreshments.

Premier Coach's fleet consists of modern climate controlled vehicles which accommodate groups from [ten] – 57 passengers and are equipped with current amenities including restrooms, reclining coach seats, overhead luggage racks, personal climate control systems, entertainment and public address systems.
